Interviewed the local museum curator and the former director of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam to explore and record the historical stories between the people of Fangchenggang City and of Vietnam on the “Belt and Road” Initiative; based on the survey results, proposed action plan on how to develop a strategic cultural plan for the city government.
